1. Scope of Application

These conditions apply to all orders in our online shop.

2. Contract Parties, Conclusion of Contract

This purchase contract comes into effect with In Motion Software & Sports Technology GmbH.

The display of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but a nonbinding online catalog. You can put products into your virtual shopping cart without obligation and correct any data entered at any time using the supplied tools in the order-flow before placing an order.

By clicking the order button (titled “Buy now” or similar) you submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract about the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order follows within reasonable time after your order submission using an automated email stating acceptance of your order. With this email the contract shall be concluded.

A binding contract can also be concluded in the following ways:

  • When you chose payment via credit card, the contract is concluded at the time your credit card is charged
  • When you chose payment via PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of confirmation of your payment instruction to PayPal

We do not save the contract text relating to your order.

3. Terms of delivery

In addition to the price of the products you will have to pay shipping cost. Shipping costs are detailed in our offers.

We only offer delivery via shipping. Personal collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.

4. Payment

You can pay in our shop via one of the following ways.

Bank Transfer

We will send you our bank details in your order confirmation. We will ship your goods after we have received your payment. Bank transfer is only possible in € to a german bank account. You have to bear all costs related to currency exchange and transaction fees.

Credit Card

Your credit card will be charged at when the order is confirmed.

Paypal

You can pay the invoice amount via the online service PayPal. You will need a PayPal account or have to register for one, and confirm the payment using your credentials. It may be possible in some cases to pay via PayPal without a PayPal account. Please refer to the instructions at the checkout page for further details.

5. Reservation of Title 
All goods remain in our sole property until payment is received in full.

6. Transport Damages
Please check goods for obvious shipping damages when delivered. Should you notice any damages, please file a complaint with the shipping agent and contact us as soon as possible. This will help us make any claims against transport insurance and the shipping company. Your statutory claims and rights remain unaffected.

7. Guarantee, Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory laws of Germany apply to guarantee and warranty.

8. Online-Dispute Resolution
Online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 Abs. 1 ODR-VO: The european commission offers a plattform to resolve online disputes, you can find it at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Returns and Repairs

If an item you purchased with us develops a fault, please contact us at support@rowinginmotion.com to troubleshoot to see if it can be fixed without being returned. Troubleshooting tips:

  • Check the item’s instruction manual for a troubleshooting section
  • Check for visible marks which may suggest the item has been damaged
  • Where applicable, ensure you have the latest drivers & software downloaded for hardware
  • If an item works on batteries, ensure they are charged
  • Remember not to use excessive force, or open items to try and repair them yourself. You will invalidate your warranty.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, please contact us to arrange for a repair. If your item is within its warranty period, you will not have to pay to have your item collected, repaired and delivered back to you. If your item is outside of its warranty period, charges for parts, labour and delivery will apply. We will advise you of any charges before going ahead with your repair. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of collection or delivery for international repairs, even when items are within their warranty period.

An item may be repaired or exchanged for an equivalent item at our sole discretion.
