We do not ship to any “special” locations like attached territories, remote islands etc. and may either reject or refund any orders that we are unable to ship to your chosen destination (please refer to eligible locations below).
Rates
Rates depend on shipping rate. All shipment is handled by DHL. Only orders above 1kg in shipping weight include tracking.

VAT & Customs
We charge 19% Value Added Tax (Mehrwertsteuer) to all orders shipped to domestic and EU destinations. Orders shipped to other destinations are exempt from VAT. For deliveries to non-EU countries, any possible national customs duties, fees and charges are to be borne by the customer.
