This Privacy Policy includes the “Services” provided through Websites and Apps that In Motion Software & Sports Technologies GmbH operates or provides, which include:

You may request at any time to inspect, change or delete any data we have stored about you. We will comply with such a request unless we are required to maintain a record of your data for legal purposes (e.g. we need to maintain invoices for the tax authorities).
What personal data we collect
Website
Use of the Website does not collect personal data. Please note that we collect non-personal browsing information as described below.
Shop
The Shop stores personal information that you enter for the purpose of processing and shipping your order. This information may include

- IP Address as required by EU-MOSS Regulation
- Credit Card and Payment Information
Credit Card Payments are processed through Stripe (provided by Stripe Inc,) and PayPal (provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). Shipments are processed by DHL (DHL Paket GmbH). To the extent that it is necessary to fulfill your order, we may share your data with these parties.
Analytics Website
The Analytics Website stores personal information that you enter or upload through our Apps for the purpose of delivering a sports performance evaluation service. You may only store personal information of others (e.g. Athletes on your Team) in the service, given that you have received their express permission to do so and that they agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The data stored and processed by the service includes
- Names
- Email Addresses
- Rowing Session Data
- Date & Time
- Location data
- Biomechanic performance data (e.g. speed, acceleration, heart-rate)
- an anonymous recording device identifier
- RiM For Teams Subscription Order Data
- Shipping and Billing Address
- IP Address as required by EU-MOSS Regulation
- Credit Card and Payment Information
For RiM For Teams Subscription Orders, Credit Card Payments are processed through Stripe (provided by Stripe Inc,) and PayPal (provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). To the extent that it is necessary to fulfill your order, we may share your data with these parties.
We may access personal information stored in the service for customer service and support purposes.
We may also use your personal information to contact you directly about essential maintenance events, updates and as required to continue providing you with services and for service improvements.
Mobile Applications for iOS and Android
Our mobile apps store and collect personal information that you enter for the purpose of delivering a sports performance evaluation service.
The data stored and processed by the apps includes:
- Names
- Email Addresses
- Rowing Session Data
- Date & Time
- Location data
- Biomechanic performance data (e.g. speed, acceleration, heart-rate)
- an anonymous recording device identifier
The Apps are linked to your Account on the Analytics Website and can upload data through an encrypted connection to the Analytics Website for further processing. Data is only uploaded to the Analytics Website when initiated by you.
Security of Personal Information Collected
In compliance with legal Frameworks Rowing in Motion Pty Ltd has implemented reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of personal information that In Motion Software & Sports Technologies GmbH stores and controls. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with suppliers that provide server infrastructure that we use for providing our Services.
Non Personal Browsing Information We Collect
We use Google Analytics to help us collect and analyze non-personal browsing information. This includes data like the browser and device you are using as identified by the browser’s “User-Agent” string, the sites you visit, how long and in which order you visit them.
We use this information for internal purposes only, such as to help understand how the Services are being used, to improve our Services and the features we provide, and for systems administration purposes. When using Google Analytics, we anonymize any personally identifying information like your IP address. Google Analytics stores collected browsing information for processing by a Server that may be outside of the EU. Children
The Services are not directed at children under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service specifically prohibit anyone using our Services from submitting any personally identifiable information about persons under 13 years of age. The Services are hosted in the European Union. If you are accessing the Services from any other region please note that you are transferring your personal data to the European Union which may not have the same data protection laws as your region. By providing your personal data you consent to:
